Consignment Agreement

Boomerang LLC agrees to offer the accepted items for sale on a consignment basis, priced at the discretion of Boomerang LLC, for a contract period of 60 days from the date received. After the initial period of 30 days, prices may be reduced at the sole discretion of Boomerang without further notice to the consignor. Consignor shall receive 40% of the price for which items are sold, receivable by check or as store credit, at consignor discretion. Check payment will be made by mail within 60 days of the contract expiration date for a service fee of $2.00, to be deducted from the payment total. Payment may also be collected in person during business hours, subject to management availability. It is the consignor's responsibility to notify Boomerang LLC of a consignor's change of address; consignor checks returned to Boomerang LLC due to an invalid mailing address, or checks received by a consignor that remain undeposited after a period of one year, will become the property of Boomerang LLC. Payments due to the consignor in the amount of $10.00 or less will not be mailed and may be received in cash during business hours.

Consignor must collect all unsold items within three days of the contract expiration date. No exceptions. Any unsold items that have not been collected within three days of contract expiration will become the sole property of Boomerang, and will be transferred or donated at our discretion.

Consignor agrees that Boomerang shall not be liable for loss of, or damage to, any of said items regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, and theft.

Your consent to consigning your items with Boomerang LLC serves as your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this contract.
